I'm a 5'7 male 170 lbs and in reasonably good shape, but teeter between a Large and a Medium. I decided to go with a Medium for this jersey and it fits perfectly! A little longish which is good and not tight across the belly. I have wanted a Flint Tropics jersey for some time, and was happy to buy one of such high quality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering it!
