Information we collect
Depending on how you use our store, we may collect:
- Order and account information: name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, account details, products ordered, sizes, customization instructions, and order history.
- Payment information: payment status, transaction identifiers, and limited payment details supplied by our payment processors. 99Jersey does not receive your full card number.
- Support information: messages, attachments, order details, and other information you provide through email, live chat, WhatsApp, forms, reviews, returns, or exchanges.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed, interactions, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Marketing information: email or SMS preferences, campaign source, and advertising interactions when you have allowed advertising technology.
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device, and from service providers that help us operate the store, process payments, deliver orders, prevent fraud, provide support, measure performance, or advertise.
How and why we use information
- To process, personalize, ship, and support your order.
- To operate accounts, carts, checkout, payments, returns, exchanges, and customer service.
- To prevent fraud, secure the website, diagnose errors, and protect customers and 99Jersey.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, and your consent for optional cookies, advertising, and marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time, although withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
When we share information
We share information only as reasonably necessary with providers that support our business, including:
- website hosting, content delivery, security, WooCommerce, and technical support providers;
- payment services such as Stripe, Afterpay, and other methods shown at checkout;
- warehouses, customization partners, carriers, and address or delivery services;
- customer service, email, review, analytics, attribution, and marketing providers, including Klaviyo, FunnelKit, Trustpilot, EcomWizzard, Google, Meta, and TikTok where applicable;
- professional advisers, insurers, auditors, regulators, law enforcement, or courts when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety; and
- a buyer, investor, or successor in connection with a proposed or completed business transaction.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out through . We also honor a browser-based Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of advertising-related sharing for that browser.
Cookies and similar technology
Necessary technology keeps the store, security, cart, checkout, and consent record working. Preferences, analytics, and advertising technology stay off until you allow them, except when a technology is needed to provide a feature you deliberately request. You can accept, reject, or change optional categories at any time through .

How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. The period varies by the type of record and may reflect order fulfillment, account activity, customer support, fraud prevention, warranty and dispute periods, tax and accounting rules, legal requirements, and your choices. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, unless the law permits or requires longer retention.
International transfers
99Jersey and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual protections.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. You may also have a right to appeal a decision or complain to your local privacy regulator.
To make a request, email support@99jersey.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories described above: identifiers and contact information; customer records; commercial information; internet or electronic activity; approximate geolocation; and inferences related to shopping interests. We use and disclose these categories for the business and commercial purposes described in this policy. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
Email and SMS choices
You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in a message. You can opt out of promotional SMS using the instructions in the message. We may still send non-promotional messages about orders, security, support, or other transactions.
SMS/text messaging
If you opt in to text messages from 99Jersey, you may receive order notifications (order confirmation, shipping and delivery updates, and delivery exceptions), replies from our customer support team, and marketing messages at the mobile number you provide. Opt-in is collected at checkout by checking a box that is unchecked by default, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our messaging program, such as our SMS provider, is permitted solely to deliver that service. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, and this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Security and children
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity.
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the store, our providers, or applicable law. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your choices, we will provide additional notice where required.
