How many points do I earn?
You earn 20 points for every $1 spent on eligible merchandise while signed in. Discounts reduce the merchandise amount that earns points.
Do guest orders earn points?
No. Points belong to a customer account, so you must sign in before completing checkout. Creating an account by itself does not currently earn points.
When are points added?
Points are added after payment is accepted and the order moves into a paid processing or completed status. They may not appear while an order is still pending.
How do I redeem points?
Sign in and go to checkout. Once your balance reaches 100 points (worth $1), use the Redeem option shown in the order summary. Choose how many points to use when the redemption prompt appears at cart or checkout. Points can't be combined with a discount code — an order uses one or the other.
What can a points discount cover?
Points reduce the eligible merchandise subtotal. They can't be combined with a discount code, do not cover shipping, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to another account.
Where can I see my balance and activity?
Open My points in your 99Jersey account to see your current balance and recent earning, redemption, refund, and adjustment activity.
What happens if an order is canceled or refunded?
Points earned from the affected items are removed. Points used for a discount are returned when the order is canceled or refunded; partial refunds adjust points proportionally.
Do points expire?
Points expire 12 months after they are earned.
