It's okay. I received the wrong design, but after reaching out to customer service, they promptly sent me the correct one for the mistake. The sweatshirt itself is soft and well-made, just wish there was a smoother process initially since it took another few days to get here.
Got lots of compliments, and is very comfortable. Loving my purchase
