How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders greater than $100USD placed on www.99jersey.comExpedited Shipping can be selected at checkout for domestic orders at an additional fee. International orders vary in customs and duties costs based on country. 

Please note we cannot ship to APO/PO Box addresses for Expedited Shipping options.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders will be delivered in 3-7 working days.
Remote locations can take longer.

Where is my order confirmation email?

Typically, you will receive an Email within 1 hour of placing the order. In some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for an order confirmation Email to arrive because orders are passed through fraud and ID security checks after the order is placed.

 

Is there a signature upon delivery required for my order?

Someone at the shipping address must sign for orders above $300.

Where do you ship to in the United States?

We ship to any address in the United States including Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, and the United States Virgin Islands.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. that includes Canada, the UK, anywhere in Europe, Middle east, Asia and anywhere UPS can get to.

We accept payments from International billing addresses.
Please take note you cannot have your item delivered to a P.O. Box 

Do you charge customs fees or duty?

US orders shipped from the US and wont be subjected to custom charges.

International orders might subject to customs, based on your country.
Orders with a ship-to address in Canada ship from Canada.

What are the accepted forms of payments? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shopify Payments, Google pay and afterpay for recurring payment.

 

How can I cancel my order?

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. Please contact us If you have any questions about your order.

 

Can I change the ship-to address while my order is in transit?

We currently do not reroute orders.

 

Out of stock items:

If an item ordered becomes out of stock, you will receive an email detailing the item in question. You will not be charged for the item.
We invite you to sign up to ‘’Get Notified’’ regarding your item, as we accept returns and/or inventory can change regularly.

 

How does Pre-order work:

When a product is listed as Pre-Order, the product is not yet in stock but is available to purchase. You will not be charged until the item ships. We will provide you with an approximate ship date for your item(s) at the time of purchase. Please be aware that Pre-Order dates are approximate and subject to change. We will contact you if the ship date changes.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What's your return policy?

Please try items in the comfort of your own home. For up to 30 days from the day you received, if you don’t like them, or they don’t fit, just start a return. instructions below

Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return.

If the item has been unreasonably tampered with, the original contents are not returned in full, or shows signs of excessive wear and tear from user misuse, we reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee or deny a return.

12% restocking fee applies to returns for a refund.

Special requests, custom made, sales are final and non refundable.

 

HOW TO RETURN

Start a return here, choose the products you wish to return, the reason and if you wish to return for a refund or exchange.

After you started a return, you need to wait for our approval email with the shipping instruction.  It usually takes 1-2 business days. If you didn't receive it, contact our support.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed as fast as possible following the receipt of your package at our distribution center.
Please allow 3-5 business days after the refund is issued for it to appear on your issuing bank statement.
