BEFORE I BECAME THE MAMBA

Kobe Bryant

Bryant was named Pennsylvania’s Player of the Year as a senior, rejecting offers from Duke, Michigan, North Carolina, and Villanova before choosing to enter the NBA directly. There isn’t a lot of high school game film available from that era, but if you want to see Kobe Bryant before he became KOBE BRYANT, check out his performance in the 1996 McDonald’s High School All-American Game, the full broadcast of which is available on YouTube.

How to measure

LOWER WAIST Stand straight. Measure around your natural waistline, just above the belly button. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and your body.
HIP Stand with feet slightly apart. Measure loosely around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. For a relaxed fit, allow some slack in the tape.
INSEAM Start from the top inside of your thigh. Measure down to where you'd expect the shorts to end.
