Stand straight. Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the arm pits, ensuring the tape is horizontal. To guarantee a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and your body.

SHOULDER WIDTH

Measure from the edge of one shoulder straight across to the edge of the other shoulder. Aim for the broadest part to get an accurate measurement.

LENGTH

Start at the highest shoulder point. Measure straight down to where you'd anticipate the jersey to finish.
