- CHEST Stand straight. Measure around the fullest part of your chest, right under the arm pits, ensuring the tape is horizontal.
- WAIST Measure around your natural waistline, just above the belly button. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and your body.
- LENGTH Starting at the highest shoulder point, measure straight down to where you'd expect the jersey to end, keeping in mind how you prefer it to sit on your body.
