What happens if my package is lost in transit?

The vast majority of our packages arrive without any issues. If a package is lost, you can choose between:
A) A refund
B) Reshipment with expedited shipping

 

Can I return the jersey if it doesn’t fit?

We encourage all customers to review the size chart. Every product has one, and this significantly reduces the chance of getting a jersey that doesn’t fit.

 

If it doesn’t fit, contact us within 30 days of receiving to set-up a no-questions-asked no-hassle return.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

Unfortunately, we’re human and not perfect. On the off chance a wrong or damaged item is received, please file a return at the return request page. We’ll get back to you with instructions and a prepaid label so you can return the item.

 

Are there any cases where I can't return an item I purchased?

We actually accept every product you bought within 30 days of receiving. You can read more about it on our Return Policy page.

 

How many days is the order processing time?

Usually 1 business day, but it can take up to 3 business days. You should receive a confirmation email when the order has been placed and a second email with a tracking number when we have shipped your order.

 

What are the current shipping times?

Standard Shipping 2 - 5 business days.

Express shipping is 1 - 2 business days.
