Cookie Policy

Effective date: July 30, 2026

This policy explains how 99Jersey uses cookies and similar technologies on 99jersey.com. A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, and software development tools that remember information or communicate with another service.

Your choices

Necessary technology is always active because it keeps the store, cart, checkout, payments, fraud prevention, security, and your privacy choices working. Preferences, Analytics, and Advertising are optional and stay off until you allow them.

You can choose Accept all, Only necessary, or use Preferences to select individual optional categories. Change or withdraw your choice at any time through in the footer. Keeping only necessary technology does not prevent you from shopping or checking out.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, 99Jersey treats it as an opt-out of Advertising for that browser. Advertising cannot be switched on while the signal remains active.

Necessary

These technologies provide a service you request or protect the store. They cannot be disabled through our privacy panel.

  • 99Jersey consent: j99_cookie_consent stores your category choices for 180 days. j99_cookie_consent_receipt stores the time and method of the choice for 180 days. A session-only consent bridge lets the store apply an allowed optional category consistently through its page cache.
  • WooCommerce and WordPress: cart, session, login, account, and checkout cookies such as woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_*, and WordPress authentication cookies. Duration ranges from the browser session to the period needed to keep a cart or signed-in session working.
  • Checkout consistency: a limited checkout-variation cookie may keep the same checkout experience during a visit or test period, generally for up to 30 days.
  • Security and delivery: Cloudflare and hosting technologies, including __cf_bm, help detect bots, prevent abuse, and deliver the website. These are generally short-lived.
  • Payments: Stripe, Afterpay, PayPal, or another payment option shown at checkout may use necessary fraud-prevention, authentication, and transaction storage when you select or use that service.

Preferences & support

These remember choices or provide optional features. They are used only when you allow Preferences, or when storage is strictly needed to provide a feature you deliberately request.

  • 99Jersey: jer99_currency_symbol remembers a regional currency display for about one day; j99_reco_seed keeps product recommendation rotation stable for up to one year; metric_system remembers a size-chart unit you select for up to 180 days.
  • Live chat: EcomWizzard chat may create cs_lc_* storage when you deliberately open chat, so the requested conversation can work and remain available.
  • Reviews: Trustpilot technology may display review content and remember related preferences when enabled.

Analytics

Analytics helps us understand traffic, page use, store performance, and errors. It is not loaded unless you allow Analytics.

  • Google Analytics through FunnelKit: may use identifiers such as _ga and _ga_*, generally for up to 24 months depending on configuration.
  • SportsThread: receives a page-measurement event when Analytics is enabled.

Advertising

Advertising technology measures campaigns, attributes visits or purchases, builds audiences, personalizes ads or onsite offers, and supports marketing messages. It is not loaded unless you allow Advertising, and it remains off when GPC is active.

  • Meta: Meta Pixel and related conversion tools may use identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc.
  • Google Ads: may use identifiers such as _gcl_* to measure ad interactions and conversions.
  • TikTok and other enabled advertising platforms: may use identifiers such as _ttp or platform-specific storage.
  • Klaviyo: browser identification and shopping events may use __kla_id or related browser storage to support email and onsite marketing.
  • FunnelKit and WooCommerce attribution: may use wffn_* and sbjs_* storage to retain campaign source and measure marketing performance.
  • EcomWizzard journey and signup tools: may use ew_v_*, ew_s_*, ew_q_*, and ew_pu_* cookies or browser storage for visitor, session, journey, and onsite-offer controls. Depending on the item, duration ranges from the session to about 400 days.

Advertising providers may combine information from 99Jersey with information they receive elsewhere, subject to their own policies and your settings with those providers.

How long technology remains

“Session” technology expires when the browser session ends. Persistent technology remains until its stated expiry, until you remove it, or until it is replaced. Provider-controlled duration can change as services and configurations evolve. When you reject a previously allowed category, 99Jersey stops loading that category and attempts to remove known first-party optional cookies and storage. A provider may retain information already received as described in its privacy policy.

Browser controls

Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies can break carts, login, checkout, payment, and other requested features. Browser settings apply separately to each browser and device.
